practice makes perfect.
Bought my partner this yoghurt maker. The ingredients are quite expensive but it makes plenty of yoghurt (1kg) a packet. Instructions are simple but to get the consistency and favour you prefer you will need to experiment with the length of time you leave the yoghurt overnight. The longer you leave it the tarter. The more hot water added the thicker it becomes. So practice and you will end up producing a lovely jar of yoghurt. There are also plenty of different Easiyo flavours so you won't get bored. Dubious buying this yogurt maker - didn't want yet another kitchen gadget not getting used. However, it's pretty marvellous! So compact and easy to store so doesn't take no space up.
