Product as described. The Paperport software requires a bit more installation than I anticipated, but after one false go, it was able to reinstall and it worked fine. The steps to do what I wanted -- conversion of old .MAX files to .PDF was not intuitive, and required some trial and error, but it didn't take too long to find out how to accomplish it. Process wasn't extremely quick, but it worked, even reclaiming some files that I thought were not retrievable. But it is the only option to retrieve those files. Did not work in my HP Laptop running Windows 10.
