Great board for building a home data server
YES, spent the few dollars more to get the manual, CD, cables, etc. Turns out I needed the SATA power cable and one of the SATA data cables because the ones I had in my parts bin were bad, It was the 6 SATA connectors along with and IDE and a Floppy that was important. This allowed me to refresh my 478 Win7Pro32 home data server. Good thing too since 4 of the CAPs were leaking and 5 were swollen! Had a couple of 120 SSDs laying around to use as boot and backup so now the 4 SATA HDs are just for data. The IDE let me use a IDE DVD and squeeze in another IDEHD. CPU and RAM off of eBay and a new CPU fan (cooling is important). Got all of that plus the floppy and a card reader into mid-tower case. The onboard graphics and all of the connectors kept all of expansion slots empty, which was important for air flow since this box will be running 24/7. It's been running rock solid for over two weeks now. It went so well that I thought about building another one until I realized I didn't have a case, PS, drives, or a purpose for doing so.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
