I thought my processor had failed so I bid on this one. When I received it, I put it in and no difference. Turned out my Corsair 650W had failed after 6 years. I got my system to boot with the original processor after I replaced my power supply with a working one. I then temporary replaced my processor with this purchased one and ran the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool 64bit on the CPU. It passed all test so then I put my original processor back in, Since I do not need this replacement processor, I will relist it on ebay. One word: WOW. Tell me how I switch from a AMD Phenom II to this. Even a 9-year old processor like this one is well-equipped for anything I can throw at it.
