I think it's a good product but it's very difficult to use and I've bought from the same seller twice now but it's difficult to use it is I need more explanation it doesn't really say much I have put some hot water to use it it works but it's messy is very messy and it did repeat off my skin on the chin when I was trying to remove some Gray hairs it is a good product but you need to explain how one is supposed to use it that's why I gave four stars not five besides I already gave the feedback in the past why you asking me after a long time I know it's eBay not the sellers but it's annoying a network I don't have the pictures best thanks wishes Ms Bennett
