It is a good replacement part but does NOT solve the JEEP oil cap problem
It is a good replacement for the original BUT if you bought it thinking it would solve the Jeep Liberty impossible to remove the oil cap problem IT WILL "NOT" do that. The way to solve the problem is to remove the rubber gasket and put on a thinner rubber gasket. Great item at a great price.
A perfect fit at a great price. Looks almost identical to the OEM, at a fraction of the price and works better too. The old one got a bad crack on top and was difficult to loosen to add oil. This one goes on and off very smoothly.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
