Its an ok workout dvd, more pussycat dolls dance moves than exercise tho. each step is slowly explained to you which is great because some excercise dvds whizz threw the moves and its hard to keep up.very enjoyable once you get use to the dance moves, great music and fun to learn actual pussycat dolls dance routines.

I bought this DVD after seeing it on YouTube. I wanted to do a workout that didn't feel like I was doing a workout (Jumping Jack and circuit style). Don't get me wrong, Robin makes you do a few squats, but there are also a few slaps as well. While not as intense as some workouts, this is fun. I found this DVD to be fun to do and noticed changes in my body shape in under 2 weeks. I do it several times a week and actually enjoy doing it. The dance breakdowns did take several sessions to learn, when memorized they became easy. The completed routines lasts around 30 seconds each. You do them several times in the 'performance' before moving on to the next section. (Word of advice, anyone working/dancing out in a room with low ceilings, lampshades/chandeliers and ornaments on surfaces at knee to door frame level... be careful with the feather bower section. As I did sweep shelves...) As for feeling sexy, that kind of went out the window after sweating like a pig 20 min in... Anyone who wished their girlfriend was 'Hot Like Me' right then would have had to have had some SERIOUS issues. I cannot comment on how these workouts, work with heels yet or wardrobe changes for each performance piece and I'm not planning to anytime soon. My mother did this DVD with me once, her only question was "Why does the dance routines mainly use the left side to do most of the actions? I feel like my left side got a better workout then my right side!" But she did say she would do the dolls DVD again. I personally think she just wants to perfect her chest pumping technique. Overall I was looking for something light hearted and that's what I got with this DVD.Read full review
I bought this DVD recently because I wanted to up my activity and I thought dancing like the Pussycat Dolls would be a lot of fun. I wasn't wrong. This DVD is fantastic, especially if you're a beginner like I am. I'm not the most active person but I'm not inactive either. I found this DVD a lot of fun and Robin Antin is great at breaking down the steps so that they're easy to understand. I could definitely feel my thighs working. There are different routines to do so once you know what each one entails, you can pick the one you want to do via the menu. The only downside I can think of is that the Pussycat Dolls don't actually feature within the routines, but the girls alongside Robin Antin are still great at what they do so in my eyes, there is no issue. Also, I think if you're a professional dancer or more active than normal, this workout probably wouldn't be up to the level of exercise you usually do. Overall, this DVD is great and I would recommend it to any beginners out there who want to do some light exercise and have fun at the same time.Read full review
I bought this DVD because I wanted a workout video that was fun. I read alot of bad reviws of this video saying that it's not hard enogh workout and that you get bored easily. I have bought another video before that was highly rated and I must say that yes, that video was alot harder than this one, but it was so boring. I like this video because it's fun, and the beautiful girls make me work even harder because I would love to look like them, I like the music and it's cool to be able to dance to these songs. The workout is split into 3 different 30-second dance routines: Don't Cha, Burlesque and Buttons. Robin takes about 10-15 minutes to teach you each routine, and then there are 3-4 minute performances of each routine. During the performance sections you perform the short routines multiple times with some freestyle dancing in between. If you are not used to working out and want to have some fun while working out this is the video for you :) It's pretty easy to learn to moves. If you are very fit and want to do some hardcore training to challenge yourself this is not for you... I have to add that you may feel a bit stupid if your not used to acting sexy, I prefer to close the curtains at home...Read full review
