Davina Fitness DVD
I recently saw a niece of mine who looked fantastic and when I asked what she had been doing, she told me she did this workout 3 times a week. She looks great, really healthy and toned. I decided that I would buy it and see how it works for me. I do a lot of walking so don't do it as religiously as my niece but do like to do a workout if I'm not walking that day. It's easy to follow and there's a woman doing the exercises in a less srenuous way so you can do them like her if you want. Davina herself is very enthusiastic and I know she annoys some people but she's not a problem for me. In fact, she reminds me a lot of a great friend of mine .... I'm no expert - this was my first such purchase - but I'm enjoying it. Well, as much as I can enjoy exercises!!!!

Davina MCall 2009 fitness workout DVD
The work out routines are easy to follow once you get the hang of it.A bit difficult at first though, but Davina's trainer (the lady) shows you the easier moves. I would have wanted more exercise for the abs though, if you are loking for something that concetrates more in the abs this would not be the best DVD to get.Plenty of lunges in the DVD, good for the hips and great aerobic exercises too. Really get's you pumped up even after just doing a 30 minute aerobic exercise, there are also three other 30minutes exercises, the other session needs a pair of dumbbells though.I was not aware of this when i bought the DVD.Its great for toning and muscle training.

I bought this product so that i could keep fit in the comfort of my own home. Its really easy to use. This product was exactly what I wanted and I find it very useful.
