The XTR-265 radar detector provides 360-degree alerts for radar and laser signals. Remain undetectable to radar detectors using this Whistler Radar Detector's VG-2 cloaking technology. Sporting a numeric icon display, this Laser detector facilitates navigation using icons indicating power, city mode, signal strength, etc. The three City modes and a Highway mode in the XTR-265 alert you through audio and visual warning, with full sensitivity in the city as well as on the highways. Furthermore, this Whistler Radar Detector has complete band coverage of all Laser, RadarVG-2, and Safety Radar bands. This Laser detector's Vehicle Battery Saver Mode automatically switches off the detector within 3 hours. Be alert of all the police radar detectors with the XTR-265.

Seems to pick up a lot of false alerts. It does however, detect most radar. Don't feel as though its very trustworthy. If one can afford a better unit, it could be money well spent. Not entirely satisfied. Hope this helps someone else.
