Really liked this product, it was worth the money, i am trying to keep up with it . I only did the full body work out and seriously i was knackered. I am a smoker tho but i was aching and i can see it will help tone u up! Was tough but i would deffo reccomend to buy this product. I am going to try some others aswell. Excellent!!
fun to do goes very quick doing it jessie is great in this video and makes it fun to do would highly recommend to buy this dvd
i like that its a good range of excercises - high energy and seems to work well, enjoyable EXCELLENT MUSIC!! im put off some DVD's because music is SO boring but this is up to date dance music which helps when working out! Jessie is quite annoying the way she goes on but i think its just to try and motivate you also her trainer looks like someone she just picked off the street he doesnt really come across like a skilled aerobics instructor and he counts out of time ALL THE TIME! i would only recommend this if you are used to aerobics as its quite tough and you need to be able to keep to times/beats yourself!
