Did what I expected it to.

Prep H for puffy eyelids
Years ago, I heard about use of Prep H by models (Miss America, etc.) as a treatment for puffy eyelids. However, all I found in the US never worked so I discounted it as a real treatment. Lately I ran across a "beauty" site which explained how Canadian Prep H had "Bio-Dyne" as an ingredient (long ago removed from US Prep H) and that was the magic treatment for my puffy eyes. I'be been using it a few weeks and can say it does help, to an extent. While I still have puffy eyes, upper and lower, there is a definite improvement. I will continue using it and plan on adding Lymphatic Massage, and Chinese acupressure in my quest for nice, not puffy, eyes. It really works!
I was supersceptical but for the reasonable price thought I would give it a shot. Under eye pouches—gone! And my least favorite sign of ago got , above the lip lines, 90% smoothed out! I think I’ll try overnight full face and neck and see what happens. Even the smell, though not beautiful, is not as bad as I feared and dissipates fast. For the record, I’m not some young 30-something worried about afterparty tiredness—I’m 60+, still employed in a profession that skews younger, and I really wanted to at least appear to be some indeterminate age.
