Good value, works with Windows 7 but does not work with Vista
This printer does not work for Windows Vista and drivers are not available on the website, although the spec states that it is compatible. I had a similar problems with HP6960 and was able to get a CD which had the Vista drivers . However HP said that they do not have any CDs for the HP6234. HP printer sold as new !
After a longer than expected wait, my nice new printer arrived ! In a wet and damaged cardboard box. The printers itself was badly damaged on the front LCD screen & the rear side corner. The paper roller was also broken & beyond repair. The only salvageable part was the ink printer head, although this would only produce black & red ink. After cleaning out in a chemical bath over night, I eventually got it to work. Lesson learnt. Never buy too much ink up front cos you never know when your printer will fail, then struggle to find a compatible machine to purchase so that the ink doesn't get wasted.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

replaced my old one
replaced my old one, My cat brought a mouse in and it run into the printer, got the mouse out, but the dog could still smell it. so I put the printer onto the chair where the dog jumped up and pulled the printer down on to the floor, and damaged it. thanks for the new printer works fine thanksVerified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
