brilliant value, recommend this camera over the AE-1 especially for beginners due to its simple light meter, 50mm 1.4 is a beautiful lens, very sharp at smaller apertures. Absolute dream to handle with and easy to maintain camera, built like a brick and made to last

The AT-1 is one of the A series of 35mm film SLR cameras from Canon in the 1980's. Still works and secondhand lenses and some parts still available.

Daughter wanted a camera that was similar to an SLR to get used to using one. She finds this easy to use. Purchase was good becuase the condition of the camera is great and it came with the relevant info pamphlets. Postage was fair and we received the camera very quickly, another bonus. Overall, very happy with it (although daughter already wants to upgrade!)
this camera is just the right tool for the A-Level photography course.
