The h4150 is a consumer oriented model, with a built in Wi-Fi radio. Like most Pocket PC 2003 devices these have 64MB of RAM, which should be more than enough for most users. Like most consumer models, it has a fairly small form factor, so it should fit in the pocket quite easily.
It is very cheap and it has a lot of capabilities for expansion. I use it to keep track of my daily transactions with a simple vb.net application that I wrote. Moreover it has a lot of potential to become a useful tool in my hands
Bluetooth linked to a GPS receiver and loaded with TomTom & Memory Map - now have the most versitile GPS / Sat Nav / Geocache tool. Maybe old but works great.
