one of the best heat logs ....... hole through the middle is good design which makes the burning and flame effect very good indeed rather than smoldeiing which happens with some logs These logs keep their shape do not expand or fall apart like other heat logs of the compressed sawdust type/ Only negative applies to all wood logs, they are more expensive for heat output than coal products that is 10kg of coal/smkeless will give more heat and last longer ...... Efficient but expensive
The logs are a great source of heat and eco friendly, the only downside is that they burn much quicker than expected one log takes about an hour to burn.They are perfect to get a fire started, but in my opinion you need to use them in conjunction with other slower burning fuel.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great Product - easy to use.
All eco logs are expensive but after having used wood from log distributers in the area I can honestly say these are the easiest to use. After using ordinary logs I could hardly see the fire as a black sticky material would be baked onto the glass. It took a whole hour of scrubbing to get it off. These logs are clean - after the annual maintenance there was only a small bag of debris - apparently you will not be able to use wet wood in future. I have a fan on the top of the wood burner and it is quite amazing it heats the cottage. It has to be cheaper than electricity.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
