Product Information
GAD50All of Guild's dreadnoughts are 15-3/4 wide and feature all solid woods. All employ Guild's time-proven "X" bracing pattern. Their hand-shaped dreadnought necks measure 1-11/16" width at the nut with a 25-5/8" scale length and are equipped with Grover Rotomatic tuners. In addition, All Guild guitars are accompanied by a deluxe archtop case. The Guild GAD-50 was designed utilizing a body shape that is the most popular acoustic body shape in the world and has been used for over 70 years. Guild uses solid Indian Rosewood for the back and sides, a solid spruce top that features scalloped bracing, and then joined the one piece mahogany neck with the traditional dovetail neck joint. For other appointments on the GAD-50 they use Indian Rosewood for the fingerboard and bridge. They continued the use of high quality tone woods by featuring ebony for the pearl dot inlayed bridge and strap pins, then added wood bindings, and Grover Rotomatic tuning gears."Product Identifiers
