well worn, but useable
Not bad value for money. Certainly in better condition than the identical set that I have had from new . I have always had Makita drills, and love them. This set will probably do another year or so, but not much more methinks. Cannot really expect anything better for the money, although perhaps I should have considered buying new, and waited for a special offer to come up ! Anyway, you take a chance when buying 2nd hand, and this was not too bad a deal.
