STAYS ON AND DOESN'T SMUDGE UNLESS YOU WANT IT TO, VERY GENTLE ALSO!
THIS IS MY FIRST TIME TRYING THIS PENCIL. I THINK IT'S THE BEST OF IT'S KIND I HAVE EVER TRIED, AND I HAVE TRIED SOME VERY EXPENSIVE ONES. THIS STAYS WHERE YOU PUT IT, AND WHEN YOU FIRST PUT IT ON, IT'S EASY TO SMUDGE, OR WIPE OFF IF YOU GET IT IN PLACES WHERE YOU DON'T WANT IT. AFTER THAT, IT STAYS PUT AND LOOKS STRONG IN PIGMENT, AND TRUE TO COLOR, BUT WITH SUBTLE VARIANCES. I AM A PAINTER, AND KNOW THIS IS A MUCH GENTLER BUT STRONG LOOK, WHEN SOMETHING IS PIGMENTED LIKE THIS. IT HAS SEVERAL SUBTLE DOTS OF COLOR THAT MAKE UP WHAT LOOKS LIKE THE TOTAL COLOR. IT'S METALLIC, BUT NOT TOO BRIGHT, SOFT, BUT VIBRANT, LIKE A BEAUTIFUL GEM, BRINGS OUT GREEN IN MY EYES. DOES NOT IRRITATE. I AM SO HAPPY WITH IT BECAUSE I CAN GET OTHER COLORS NOW, TOO, WITHOUT PAYING 30.00 OR MORE FOR SOMETHING LIKE CHANNEL. THAT'S GREAT STUFF, BUT THE PRICE LIMITS THE VARIETY OF COLORS I CAN HAVE IN MY REPERTOIRE. I LOVE IT AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS WHO HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN ESP. AROUND THE EYE AREA. Thee"BEST" eyeliner ever! Really!
I have wasted a lot of $$$ on other eyeliners that either don't even go on or they come off right away. This Stila kajal goes on easily & stays on.
