The Bosch 1276DVS dustless sander delivers optimum dust removal. Ruggedly designed for production sanding applications, this sander is lightweight, with excellent balance provided by the magnesium transmission housing. It utilizes variable-speed control (1,150 to 1,550 surface feet per minute) for fine finishing and fast stock removal, and has an adjustable front handle that provides maximum operator comfort. This model has an adjustable dust port that allows use of nonwoven belts up to 8 mm thick and the ability to sand flush to vertical surfaces. It also accepts a sanding frame and stand for added versatility. Best belt sander
I own a trim and finish company and these work horses are used daily. Bosch no longer manufactures belt sanders, but these are the Cadillacs of sanding. Best part is the horizontal dust chute. Porter Cable makes powerful sanders, but they are clumsy in comparison and they exhaust dust right up at your face. These Bosch sanders are 5 stars!Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Great sander
Why Bosch doesn’t make this sander anymore is a mystery? You must buy them used when they are available. I think even used they’re better than anything available new. Made in the USA. You won’t find that anymore! Plenty of power and variable speed. Having the ability to adjust the speed is very important. A new sander with this feature and power level is unavailable.
