Good full workingh operations.
This item is a replacement for my original one as some of the keys through constant use over the years have lost the markings ! So unless your aware of the buttons its hard to use as a new person that uses the remote.

Bought new batteries for the remote despite this the fast-forward doesn't work only able to forward 10 seconds at a time and the down button doesn't work at the first press have to wait a couple of seconds before you press again. Cant be bothered to send back

It is an unofficial remote. All buttons work as should. Online scrolling with arrows requires multiple presses to move the cursor. Tried with original from another TV and it is smooth. So as an emergency replacement its fine. Online using TV remote very hard to use if at all.

Seems to be truly a genuine Samsung remote!
This was baught as a backup to the Samsung remote supplied with a new TV. I cannot see any difference between this remote and the original Samsung remote. My conclusion is that this remote is actually a genuine Samsung part and it performs as you would expect.
