Good for the price for at home kit
If you are wanting a solid squat rack, look elsewhere. It gets pretty flimsy with 200lbs plus when raised for squats. Needs reinforcement for anything over that. Legs will lean when racking bar and weight. Bench is good, and the rack works well for bench press. Over all good only complaint is the upright supports on the squat station are fairly flimsy. I can sit there and push them back and forth with no effort.
