Quality product that does the job
My Total Gym XL that I bought works great and is very sturdy, and I saved a lot of money by buying it used. I changed out the metal handles for foam strap type handles to update it. I use the Total Gym 3x a week for 20 minutes, just like how the infomercials suggests. I went online and downloaded some workouts that I can view while working out or to get ideas, plus I purchased one Total Gym workout dvd online. It's a very sturdy and heavy piece of equipment that I know will last a long time. I am very happy with my purchase.

Frugal
I shopped around and for the $$$ this is a great product. I have been using it from day one. Easy to set up, simple instructions and fun to use. I would give it a Five star if it came with a nutrition guide and a few more exercise videos. How ever for the price I can purchase those from other companies and still not spend the $3,000 like other products cost.
