More than a bargain!
You ever heard the term you get what you pay for? Well with this product you get a little more. There was so many different exercises to choose from and when I went on the website I found out there are more attachments that you can buy for this equipment. The best thing about this product is it has so many different options I have alternative workouts. I had an injury to my back but I'm big on ab workouts. With that being said traditional ab workouts don't work for me. But with this equipment I have plenty of options. A Little disappointing
This seems to be a well built machine however, it does not "stow away" easily, it is heavy and it has a large footprint. If you have a small area I would be cautions about purchasing this item. The only exercise plan is printed on the outside of the box, which you will have to cut out so you can follow it. Additionally, the exercise that requires you to place your feet under the bars is difficult to do, I have a size 6 1/2 foot and I am not able to keep my feet hooked in place, there is to large of a distance between the bars. Overall, if I could afford to loose the money to send it back I would. Worth the money
I build things for a living, so naturally I knit pick over welds and critic the materials and construction. I'm very satisfied overall with this gym. I weigh 212 pounds and was concerned that it would be flimsy and I would outgrow it. The wall thickness of the tubular frame is plenty stout without being an engine hoist to put away. The fixtures and hardware are good and the design is simple. I was actually going to build one after using an incline cable gym for physical therapy from a work related injury.
