Really pleased so far. The Mac looks absolutely brand new, not a mark on it, I'm delighted to say. Really impressed. The suppliers seem really helpful with a couple of questions I've had. ..not about the machine itself but my learning the Mac system, which is new to me. Once I get to grips with it I think the Mac will be brilliant. So glad I got it. Great price for quality machine.

So the laptop has come in good packaging which ensures it doesn't break. When I have opened it there are some marks on the screen I cant remove but very minor so have just ignored. It runs a little slow but not terrible. The design I requested looks amazing and I absolutely love it. Only problem is when I have called people it does not seem to work the microphone is very quiet for others and when moving the laptop it sounds like something is rummaging around on the inside. If you need it for basics it's fine anything else I wouldn't recommend.

This was my first time purchasing a refurbished computer and I wasn't sure what to expect, however I am delighted with both the service and the product and I'm actually amazed at the quality product I've gotten for the price. The MacBook is in very good condition and I'm very pleased with how it is operating. Set up was really easy. The only thing you really need to do yourself - if you use them - is reinstall the apple works programmes, but given that that takes all of 15 minutes I certainly wouldn't put that as a negative. I would definitely buy another of these MacBooks in future if I'm looking for one.
