Excellent engineering quality and value, light, compact and reliable.
Extremely light and compact when packed but opens out to give a very stable base even for large cooking pots. It is superbly engineered and outstanding quality and value when compared to the many other camping stoves on the market. One particularly useful feature is its ability (because it has a fuel preheat tube and a swivelling connector to the fuel canister) to run on liquid fuel in cold weather. It will keep working for at least an extra 20 degrees C below any of its competitors (such as the folding Vango stove) which can only burn fuel in gas form. It has everything you need and nothing you don't for expedition camping. As a qualified mountain leader with many years experience of the outdoors, I was s impressed by this stove that I immediately ordered another two for my sons.
