good feeder
easy to use, doesn't use much in the way of batteries, can set your feed to whatever you what and it feeds that amount, fish seem pretty happy with it so far as well, good design where you can hang it from the top, ideal for my situation, ideal feeder to feed throughout the day rather than chucking heaps of food in at once, gives peace of mind the fish will always eat the food and when you are away, you know the water won't be polluted by uneaten food. good feeder for the money, simple, does the job, takes a little while to get the food amount just right but that's the same for all feeders!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

POOR INSTRUCTION'S, EXPENSIVE PRODUCT
Instruction's are not clear and it does take quite some time to get the dosage right, it will either not feed enough or dump too much into the pond in one go. It does not dose as led to believe but drip feeds over 6 hours meaning the stronger fish are always being fed and the weaker ones miss out. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS FISH FEEDER WHICH IS EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT IS AND DEFINITELY DOES NOT DO WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Disappointing.
Disappointing in terms of performance and price. Food dispensing too erratic in timing and quantity. A feeder with e.g. 10 or 14 compartments to dispense food at a consistent time each day, for up to 14 days, should not be difficult to design or manufacture. Compartmentalization would also allow for food variety i.e. flakes, pellets and sticks. Does what it says it will.
Got this for when I am away. Generally does what it says, but I'm not keen on the single feed, spread over a couple of hours.
