Simple but effective...
I was a bit a sceptical at first, as to whether or not the BeActive brace would make a difference... but it does. I suffer from chronic back pain, and the brace is by no means a miracle cure, but it is certainly effective in reducing the pain that i have. It's very well made and easy to use, and there are videos on Youtube that are helpful too. Lightweight and very comfortable !!
Within an hour of wearing this product for the first time, I noticed a very considerable drop in the pain I had been experiencing. It is easy to put on and is comfortable to wear and does not show under trousers or running leggings. I can even wear it when I go running with no discomfort at all. The only negative I have is that it did not come with instructions so I did not understand what the letters R and L meant.
