Shimano quality and easy to fit
Bought this as a replacement for a standard cartridge bottom bracket, as I had upgraded my chain set which uses the Hollowtech II bottom brackets. Very easy to fit, it simply screws into the threads on the frame, but you will need a Hollowtech II tool to tighten it up. If you have the older Hollowtech I tool then that isn't a problem as this BB should come with an adapter. They can be bought cheaply if you need to buy one. I would recommend looking for videos on YouTube showing how to fit these, as they show exactly what to do much better than my words.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
