Great product
Everything about the dash Pro is fantastic but only after you have played around for it for a couple of days. It is essential to find the correct fit sleeve/Tip to fit your ear otherwise you will have issues. Once I had found my correct fit I had absolutely no issues. The volume is definitely loud enough and the bass is fantastic, this has been an issue for other reviews but certainly not today. I can get around 4.5 hours out of a charge and the audio transparency mode works amazingly, I can actually hear things more clearly and louder with audio transparency compared with nothing in my ears at all. The setup might take you a while but once it's done they are a great product 10/10.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Complete waste
I am very familiar and adept at using Bragi dash earbuds as I have had my own pair for years. My purchase arrived packaged and complete with charger and earbuds. It did not have sleeves included which was not a significant issue. However, the major issue is that the earbuds do not work. When connected to my desktop they are not recognized and seen as one would expect, making it impossible to transfer and load music. In addition the right earbud does not respond at all and does appear to accept a charge rendering the earbuds useless even to be used in Bluetooth mode. Unfortunately Bragi offers no support for the dash and older files to upload or factory reset do not work. Even attempts to perform factory reset on the charger do not work. Buy it new ! Not "used"
Generally a great product. I discovered noise from the left dash. Missing charging cable/data cable. All the 3 earpieces, S/M/L was all only in size : Large. Scratch noise from both speakers even by a light press on the dash. As if there where a loose cable connection. It was used and cheap, but I also got a tax bill for shipping so that with at little amount more I could have buyed some shine new ones.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

These have been out for a while now and I love them even more now than the first pair I got and lost. Did have a few problems trying to update on my windows based computer but then I hooked them up to my Mac Book and updated right away and now with even more features than when they first came out. Nothing else like it
Once you get everything figured out there’s nothing else like them in the marketplace. I had the Jabra Elite and Bose Soundsport and returned both of them. I was waiting for the Jabra elite active to come out but Jabra couldn’t deliver. Took a shot on these and I’m really glad I got them ! You do have to be somewhat technical to figure out all that they can do. Being able to store music on them is a bonus and it works. Activity tracking and heart rate monitor is awesome. I wish the volume was a little louder but once you get them seated properly and have the right eartips for your ears it’s good. They will not fall out ! I’ve used them for running and biking so far and they did not even come close to falling out. The 4D motion is so futuristic it’s amazing. One thing though if you want to charge them from a wall charger it will only work with a charger that’s no more than .5 W output ! Very important to know this because Bragi support will tell you its best to use a computer. What good is that if you don’t have a computer with you lol.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
