"Portable", but not made of real wood.
It is a good value. And I won't say that it is not good quality, but I don't like the padding being made of a foam product, it seems to me that it would melt at the first attempt to iron on it. And I didn't expect the "wood" to be fiberboard. That being said, I planned to put my own padding (two layers of repurposed wool blankets) and a cover made of quilter's cotton from my stash on it. Very nice and useful Ironing Board
Very nice compact, portable Ironing Board. The best feature is the width which is about 12" wide. Other boards are much smaller in width and are not able to do the job.
