You Must Try!
These noodles are so nice! Much nicer than the other slim pasta range. They are so versatile too, add them to soups, stir fry's, Bolognese. Anything really. I had them with fish, peas and sweet corn and parsley sauce. They have a fishy smell when you open them but once you rinse them it goes away. They take minutes to heat! I would highly recommend this product to anybody that is trying to cut down calories or is on a low carbohydrate diet.

Negative carbs! Just what I'm looking for. But what are they going to taste like? Well, not a lot - but then, normal pasta doesn't rate high on the taste scale. What ir does do is provide a carrier for the sauce it is eaten with and this pasta version does just that. I was pleasantly surprised! My initial reaction was that these noodles were a little more chewy than the 'normal' but I later found that microwaving them for an extra 30 seconds made a lot of difference. In any case, I was happy to accept this small, not unpleasant, difference for the benefit of finding a noodle with negative carbs.
