Definitely worth trying!
I have been having such difficulties with my perimenopause symptoms. I have tried various products and for one reason or another they did not work for me. Finally I think I have found something that ticks the boxes. So far it seems to be great for keeping the hot flushes at bay, I haven't yet been taking them whilst having a spelt of brain fog / migraines so not sure how they would work with that but then again it is a good sign that I have not had them either. I tend to take a little bit at a time over the course of the day rather than one capsule in a full amount and that really works for me. They just sort of make you feel nice and that you can cope. That is good enough for me : )

Works for me
I have tried lots of menopause products for my hot flushes. This product is the best so far. It worked really quickly within a week. I am also sleeping better which is a fantastic. I’ll keep going with it and see how my other symptoms go.

Game changer
