Is it easy to start? Who writes these questions? Ho Ho. The original caps have a spike that pushes through the insulation into the HT lead core. It works but I have never seen that in automotive applications. This is far better and conventional ; strip a 1/4" of insulation away then fold the core back on itself making a U. Place in the cap and crimp before slipping into the rubber cover. Fits securely on the spark plug too as it has a spring steel band holding it in place.

Does what it should do easy to fit. I ended up reusing the original boot. This boot is quite short relative to the old one.
