Strong is good. It keeps the poop from the person, even in difficult pick up situations (except brambles and thickets). These bags are good, and if you are going to get digital with the doo doo, like most responsible dog owners, you are going to need to press the flesh through some high grade polythene when picking up plops. These bags keep you confident about your faecal fumbling, while simultaneously giving you a warm sense of self righteousness as you warm your hands on the contents, because they are biodegradable.
