Nice saw with some great features.
Nice saw with some great features. Well built but still light enough for easy practical use. I like the Multi-Material blade and have used them in two other Evolution saws for cutting galvanised steel etc. This blade also cuts wood well and you dont have to worry about nails or screws, but when I need a really fine finish I normally change it and use something like an 80T blade. Evolution tools are well supported, with advice readily available from them plus spares, instructions and parts diagrams etc. whenever required.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Cant go wrong for the price
For the price it is a fantastic buy, for the average DIY jobs it's really good, , the multi purpose blade is amazing, with no kickback,slicing through screws and nails no problem, really clean and accurate cuts, not sure it would suit a heavy user or trades person, the test of time will tell, but all good after a months average DIY use, and much better than most at this price.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I have been using an Evolution table saw for several years with no problems. When I needed a smaller hand-held job, I scanned the web and found the Evolution R185CCS. It provides me with all the features I need and like its big brother was a very good price compared to the competition. Furthermore, it has a multi blade that not only cuts wood but metal also inline with their specification. A very well made tool at a very good price.
