Brought one of these when my shih tzu was a puppy. Worked a treat for us through the never ending stretch of fireworks needed a bigger size so repurchased. Not the cheapest of items to buy brand new but hey !! Disappointing
I have a small Rescue Chorkie. The Thunder shirt was too big across her girth but the length was fine. I thought being more expensive than some I’ve seen ,it would be better but it doesn’t seem to do anything to calm her .The calming pipettes I bought that you put on the back of the dog’s neck worked but I don’t line using ‘chemicals’ permanently.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

I can only review on the service provided by the supplier. The Thurndershirt was received in good time, b4 estimated date and appears to be of good quality. Unfortunately I have a noise sensitive dog (the whole point of buying the calming shirt in the first place), but I hadn't appreciated just how much Velcro there would be - it's tough, sturdy Velcro, which makes a loud ripping noise, frightening my already noise phobic dog. It's there to hold the shirt in place, making it a snug fit,, which dogs may find calms them. The supplier immediately accepted my request to return, an acknowledgement was also received once scanned at the post office and refund subsequently reached my bank. If your dog would be happy hearing Velcro, then I can say this is a good supplier to deal with - hence my 4 stars

Very good dog treatment
Two jittery Jack Russell terriers have started wearing these to calm down, especially when travelling recently in an overnight Brittany Ferry cabin with us - and these coats really work. They look good, easy to put on (and wash, too), the dogs are starting to be quite keen on wearing them as they feel protected and more relaxed. Unfortunately did not work for my Rescue dog who suffers from terrible travel sickness. Tried everything even prescription drugs from the vet and they do not work so cannot really say that this would not work for other dogs I do think he is probably the exception rather than the rule. My dog gets anxious a lot he’s 13 and has been having seizures. Good quality looks good
I bought this for my very nervous dog who barks at anyone coming to the house and is frightened of everyone other than us her immediate family. It goes on easily and looks really nice. She has worn it out on walks a couple of times and got it filthy and it washed well and didn't loose shape. She does seem a bit more relaxed with the shirt on.
