Exactly what I needed!
So I've had a few different bags before all hanging, due to living in a property that wont allow me to hang one , I bought this. I'm 92kg in weight and have a fair old punch behind me. Martial arts background. I've not trained in a fair while so I thought I'd get back into it. Easy to assemble , nice quality and also looks nice. So far I've only filled it with water just to test it and it's very nice. Its obviously different to a hanging bag in its response and does snap back well after being hit, I think the response will take some getting use to but aside from that it's a nice bag. If I unleash power it does lift off the ground from the base but not too much. I think after filling with sand this should be ok hopefully or combined water with sand. I do think though once I've got back into the swing of things my power might be too much , but only time will tellVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

I am not trying to make it look like I am exaggerating but it is bending in one side and it doesn’t look can take to much pressure because is meant to be super heavy when you punching and you have to change sides or move it to straight it back,this is junior punches because adults will make it bend worst,the all point is to be able to release your strength when you punch and is going in one side which is looking and way from you to be able to control it properly.For the price is to expensive because they all do the same thing except this is 6ft but it feels the same weight.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
