Great performance a d quality for a good price.
The design of these ear buds for usability, comfort, and sound quality are exceptionally good. For a price that, comparatively, does not break the bank, yet still checks all the boxes, these ear buds are now my favorite. Good heatset if u can fit your ear to it...
Awesome product for the price...the good, audible announcements....quick controls....the bad....no magnets to secure them around the neck...no background noise reducer....the ugly...somehow the wires going into the ear pieces are so stiff..that it pulls your headsets out...so there is a constant force trying to hold onto your ear canal and a force acting against it...keep falling off my ears and I've not had issues with the cheapest of headsets...so definitely not my ear shape...Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Not bad for the price
As a one way (receiving) audio device it works great. Does what it should do, however the microphone isn't the greatest, I've gotten a few complaints about it. The fit is fine, I did have to use the larger cups (maybe I have big ear-holes). Overall comfort is not bad. One thing I would change is the finish on the neckband cord. Becahse it is the "un-tanglable" type it tends to grab my clothes when I wear it a little, no different than the others of this type I've tried. For the price I paid, I think the audio quality is pretty good on the audio reception. Pretty good sound for the price
Compared to other headphones like the Beats X the fit is a little less comfortable. I got a refurb unit, the newer one has different sized tips which might work better. These are larger than I'd like but livable. Battery life is just ok, but the charging pouch is a neat idea as long as I don't lose it. Plantronic earbuds
Shipping was super fast and a day earlier than estimated. Earbuds work great and look new. The pieces that attach to the earbuds to adjust size fittings were not included which is necessary to fit correctly. This disappointed me because they were to small for me. Great for the price.
The product is and does everything as advertised. However, it doesn't fit my ears the way I had hoped, but I believe it is because of the way my ear channel is. If I wear it upside down, it works better, but it won't stay in. I don't want to take away from all the other features that Plantronics put in, because those are great. When properly inserted, the sound is clear. Bass might be a little muddy, but the high end sounds very clear to me (I have moderate-to-severe hearing loss in higher frequencies). This was a great price for such headphones IMHO. I did have a little trouble with the volume with podcasts. I can't tell if the podcast was recorded with the gain too low, or if it's just my hearing. But on some newscasts and podcasts, I could not increase the volume so that I could hear words and even entire passages. That's why I left off a star. So far I have not used the flexible charging case, so I can't comment on that. Nice to have, though. Seems to work well for phone calls, too.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Excellent earbuds
Full disclosure; I purchased these for my son who is 13. I did wear them for a day to see if they were really as good as he said they were. First these are not his first headphones, he has a pair of beats solo (wired) and some jlb wireless earbuds. He prefers these over them. They very rarely leave his head. The charging pouch is an awesome addition. Very handy. The headphone battery is a little less than advertised I'm assuming this is due to being refurbished. He gets 3 to 4 hours between charges. This is the one downside to these. The sound is REALLY good, and they fit in his ears snug enough to keep most outside noise out. Well designed, well built, nice extra touches.
Compared to my last Bluetooth earphones (Motorola), which died - on this unit, the battery lasts longer, the status indications are a spoken voice rather than just beeps and tones, and it just seems built better. My primary purpose for this little ear piece is for hands-free calling.
