Better than expected
These are more accurate than I expected. I tested them against a reference thermometer. One was within 0.2 C and the other within 0.1 C at room temperature. So they are essentially spot on. It's possible the accuracy may be less at higher temperatures, but they should easily be good enough for household purposes. They are easy to use and the display is nice and large. The price is unbeatable - two for a third the price of a single equivalent unit from a local electronics store. One thing to be aware of: don't put them in the oven! The probe works up to to 300 C, but the display unit is only rated to 50 C. The intended use is that you take your food out of the oven and then stick the probe into it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good value. Some inconsistency in measuring temperature.
There was quite a difference in the temperature recorded between the two thermometers on some occasions.
