Fantastic fun truck if driven like a sane person.
This is a fantastic truck that is a total blast to drive. TSM makes you feel like a pro driver. Always in control without taking the drifting and donuts away. Be aware. This is not a big slash or stampede that can take ridiculous amounts of abuse and slough it off. If you jump this truck like an E Revo or Slash, it will break. That’s not to say it’s not durable either. I have driven this truck hard for a month now and have had no issues at all. Here’s a couple tips for new buyers of the Desert Racer. The body is paper thin so reinforcing it will extend its life dramatically. Gorilla tape or shoe goo and drywall tape on the inside are a must. Secondly, grease the front and rear diffs well. Third, fill all the voids in the rear trailing arms with JB Weld to strengthen them or the will fold like a noodle. Take care of this truck and drive it like the scale trophy truck it is and you will be very happy. I am.

Raddest scale RC truck ever!!
