No problems with install or setup, but XP, at this point, has limited use.
I'll give 5 stars, because the install and set-up went flawlessly. The instructions were excellent-well- written and easy to understand. The following is advice for someone who is considering buying this disk.
Windows XP Home Edition is fine for someone who wants to do limited computer work. It is fine for activities, which do not rely on an internet connection. The included browser IE 8 is just too old for most websites. If someone had some old, self-contained games, which could be installed, then that would be an option. Perhaps the only option. As I indicated above, there were no problems with the software per se..
Windows 7 is a much better option.
