OK but...
I think what you’re paying for is the fancy massage head rather than the serum itself. I fell for the hype and although it’s pleasant to use and my skin likes it, I haven’t noticed a huge amount of difference. It doesn’t seem any better than other No 7 serums.

Disappointed
Very disappointed with this product considering it's NO. 7. Followed the instructions exactly but it leaves a film on your skin. It's not noticeable until you rub your face for any reason - then you get bits of the congealed cream left on parts of your face and you can see it on your hands/fingers etc. Not very pleasant. It definitely wasn't caused by using too much - I admit I was surprised at how little the instructions said to use but I followed the advice and it still didn't absorb as you would expect

This is hard to apply with applicator. Rubs off into small bits. Better using fingers, making sure you use the amount specified. Glad I didn't pay full price for this; will use it up but no visible results after a month of use

No7 firming and boosting serum
Absolutely fab serum have used it before and purchased another because it does exactly what it says on the tin leaves skin feeling taughtish and with a lovely feeling. Not greasy just leave to absorb and use your regular moisturiser. Apply twice a day, I always use a tiny bit on my forehead, top lip n inbetween eyebrows. Can apply with 'ball' top or with fingertips. Thank you
