Sceptical about power generation
It's early days having just installed these 3 X 100 watt solar panels on my motorhome conversion. It's only April so I'll see how it goes but the best I've seen is 2amp power generation. In direct sunlight but the panels are not angled to the sun, an average of about 0.5 amps is generated. They are not ba solution but I guess will help top up a leisure battery. This panel works on a cloudy day also
I didn't expect 100w in the Highlands in winter. But even on the cloudy days I was still getting 4w. Enough to maintain 13.2v in my 110amp caravan battery, and enough to stay off grid in the middle of a woods. My panel is roof mounted so will never get direct Sun, but so long as it's light the MPPT charger is trickle charging the battery up to 13.5v and after 6 days off grid I was still starting the evening at 13.2v. This was enough to watch an hour or two if tv through an inverter, and enough that in the last day was able to drive the caravan 35ft out off grass and uphill on the motormover. I did get proper plastic mounts for the roof and silkoflex adhesive and crimp connectors lastly I also added 2heavy duty 100Amp isolation switches to isolate the panel power and battery power. The charge controller is awesome and works brilliantly with accurate information to monitor the state of the battery and charge info. My battery would go to 12.5v after much use in the evening and charge back to 13.2v the next day even when there was no Sun, and this is October in the Cairngorns Scotland! Great value kit, my experiments concluded the panel doesn't suffer from partial shading drop out issues and is a solid reliable performer. I would thoroughly recommend it as great value.

Good off grid starter kit

Solar panel kit
Bought this kit for our caravan, I fitted similar to our motorhome. And found them to be a boon. Thay are so simple to install and combined with two leasure battery's give us plenty of power for tv etc. We are all ways camping off grid for 5 days or so , and the solar panels work fine summer and even winter . Awaiting being put to effective use, I have full confidence given the item's apparent build-quality.
I've not, so far, installed the item (thus tested) in its considered location i.e. on the roof of my Citroen Berlingo 'stealth-type' campervan. As, however, there appears to be adequate installation space for another two like-sized s/panels I would inquire into the possibility of obtaining such with the ancillary equipment excluded from the package i.e. an unnecessary expense.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Works a treat
I bought this after leisure batteries on camper van failed to keep up with output. Good comprehensive kit and worked straight way bring the batteries up to 13.7v from 19v in an hour or so. Competent Install required
The kit arrived in a few packages but was all there. It comes with a brackets and bolts but you may need to change these out for ones appropriate for your installation. Works flawlessly but I would have it professionally installed or have help from a competent person if you have no experience.
