Properly assembled, a decent item, but not a Telpro. Be reasonable in expectations!
When you read a review, remember to compare apples and apples. Some people here are comparing this sub-$150 lift to rented lefts from commercial companies, which are normally Telpro or similar lifts costing over $1000. That's a ridiculous comparison, like comparing a Smart-car to an Escalade. For the price, this unit is a bargain. What I have noticed is that attention to detail during assembly is critical, and if you don't get every joining spot locked in you are setting yourself up for a potentially dangerous failure. If you can't do that, leave this alone and hire someone to do the job. Once PROPERLY assembled, it is plenty sturdy to do the job. It'll be a back saver for me! The unit also breaks down to store easily. For the price, 5 stars.
