I have used Simoniz paint on a few two wheeled projects and have always found it to be reasonable rattle can paint for the money. Colour choice is limited and I always finish off with two or three coats of Simoniz clear laquer followed by a good T cut a week after the final layer. The pressure in the can vary quite a lot depending on temperature and they do tend to run low on pressure before the can is empty even when placed in hot water.

I have sprayed a few motorbikes in the past with rattle cans and I can say this is the worst paint I have ever used. Even after shaking it for a long time it still comes out in blobs of paint and doesn’t do an even finish. I would use Halfords paint over this it is that bad

For a fairly cheap product so expectations quite low ,turned out to be of reasonable quality! covers well and has fair build up performance, to be fair not as good as the best products out there but so much better value!. drys to a consistent gray colour which is compatible with most top coats. Be sure to allow proper drying time prior to rubbing down and applying top coat overall a good product.

Does what it says. Good coverage of light blemishes, great to use before final prime and paint. Gives an even surface.
