Good machine. Don't expect a lot of finesse.
I found the machine to be great at putting a sharp edge on my kitchen knives. It's pretty brutal though and I wouldn't be using to sharpen any expensive knives or family heirlooms. Definitely more suited to tools and workhorse knives.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

A bit of a disappointment
The instructions are hard to read and understand. The grinding wheel only rotates one way meaning one side of any knife blade cannot be sharpened properly.
