Works well not great

Sometimes there's a good reason why something's cheap..
The video output quality is excellent on this unit - unfortunately the interface design makes it practically un-usable. The fast forward and rewind are so fast that there's no way to rock forward of backward a few seconds -- even a quick jab is more like a fast forward of a minimum of 20 minutes in the movie. Turning the volume down on the Visio TV remote puts the unit into fast forward as well. Unplugging the USB corrupts the stick every time and W10 then requires a memory check before you can add new files to it. In comparison the Chrome box and Roku I have, have none of these issues. MXQ Pro is just ok but good for the price.
Not just the best. If unit is off for any length on time to turn it on it needs to be unplugged and re plugged in. It does have 4 USB ports and is easy to setup.. The really good thing about it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
