Yes, it helps the muscles.
I tried the Kneipp Arnica Joint and Muscle Mineral Bath Salts and it certainly gives some relief compared to another product I have used in the past. The mineral salts come from a natural mineral spring/spa and this is a good combination with the arnica. The salts cause the bathwater to turn yellow, not sure why the yellow colour is used, but fortunately it doesn't stain the bath, skin, and I'm certain the salts would work just as well without the colour. I found also unlike some other salts, the bath did not dry my hair out, in fact gave it more body, so I am pleased with this producut overall and would use it again.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
