So easy!!
As someone who has slightly arthritic thumbs, this bit of kit is genuinely life transforming. No more futile attempts to push cubes out of a flat container or to resort to running a warm tap on the back to loosen them...the latter may be fine for strong handed husband but useless for me. This little unit fits neatly in my freezer, is a doddle to fill from the top and a massive excitement (it's been a quiet year) just to turn the knobs , hear the clatter of ice and open the little drawer to reveal the cubes. Neat. Easy. Convenient. Pain free. Brilliant.

Simple & Easy to use
Great quality (couldn't change option to yes above). Ice cubes are smaller than regular cubes but not an issue. Makes sense as you can get more in the container underbeath

Poorly designed product
This is a poorly designed product, I'll be returning it. The ice tray drawers don't remove and instead water is poured into the top to fill the trays. Problem is that when you do this, excess water spills into the bottom tray which then freezes and you're left with a frozen slab of ice instead of cubes. Terrible product.
