Not a great saw Just look at YouTube for Ridgid 4512 saw problems (This is based on that saw) It has a few upgrades to the Ridgid 4512 Arbour lock pin so no 2 spanner loosen/fasten just the 1 and the pin/button. A little under powered at times being 1800w So take it slow. The base wheels are a 1 pedal raise then lower design and for a precision machine the jolt every time you lower it must knock things about... in time who knows what will break. 5/8 blades are a little hard to get hold of in the UK but Lumberjack sell them at what seems to be an inflated price. Fence jumps out of square after setting up due to the back clamp not being a good design. (if the front is set square make sure you push on the front as you pull the lever to lock the fence) or as stated the back can pull fence un-square as it locks. Dust port in bottom is an ok idea but it can fill up as it has ledges on sides and table top has no dust collection Best parts of the saw are it having an induction motor (much quieter) Arbour lock pin/button cast iron table Save a little more and get it proper saw from Charnwood or Axminster "wish I had" Read full review

The lumberjack 1800 table saw is better than I was expecting . It arrived in good time and lumberjack answered all my questions and problems swiftly. For a saw of around £1000 it is defiantly worth considering. Well done Lumberjack.
